Skitter started his SF addiction at age 6, watching Space 1999 with his grandfather. Back then he was more interested in the fiction than the science. Cool ships, laser pistols and aliens were the call of the day. Since those long ago days he has read a few books and comics, seen a few movies and watched a bit of anime and television. By few I of course mean everything he could get his grubby fingers on. Over the years he has grown weary of the sizzle of SF and is now looking more and more at the steak. Make no mistake though he is still a fan of the fast paced space opera fleet battle and blaster fights. Its just that the very real possibilities of the near and distant future are every bit as miraculous as anything yet imagined.
